Description:
Integration Delivery Coordinator (End User Devices) Integration Delivery Manager (devices), ability to facilitate project work across all US timezones.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and managing medium to large computer migration projects, typically less than 5,000 people
- Works closely with the Integration Lead, Customer Support (ITSS), ServiceNow (ITSM), and Application Readiness, to ensure the project meets milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for a smooth and successful project
- Utilizes Client's Project Management best practices, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure all assigned projects deliver quality and cost-effective anticipated results
- Ensures all needed legacy applications and peripherals work on the replacement computers
- Continuously solicits feedback from Senior/Lead Integration Delivery Coordinators, supervisor, and project team members
Required Qualifications:
- Overall, 4+ years of IT Experience
- Technical Expertise: Candidates should have a solid technical background in setting up and configuring user devices such as computers and laptops.
- Experience with Device Setup: Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows & Linux flavors), software installation, device drivers, and hardware configurations is essential.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on user devices is critical.
- User Support Experience: Experience in providing technical support to end-users and addressing their device-related inquiries or problems.
- Documentation: The role may involve documenting device setup procedures and maintaining records of device configurations.
- Team Collaboration: Working effectively with other team members to ensure device setups are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Adherence to Standards: Following established procedures and standards for device setups to ensure consistency and security.
- Efficiency: Completing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and minimize downtime for end-users.
- Attention to Detail: Paying close attention to device setup details to avoid errors and ensure user satisfaction.
- Device Management Tools: Familiarity with device management tools and software used for remote device configuration and maintenance.
